RESERVATION:
A reservation made by anyone less than 18 years of age will require verbal and written approval from a parent or guardian.
PAYMENT:
Full payment is due two weeks (three weeks on prom reservation) in advance of the date of service. Unless reservation is made less than two weeks of the date of service. In this case the payment is due immediately, Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Master Card, or Discover) or cash. Payment made the day of service must be paid in cash unless other arrangements have been made with owners. It is your responsibility to make proper payment on time; a service charge will be accessed if payment is not received as stated by the terms above.
DEPOSIT:
A deposit of $75.00 will be collected when you make a reservation. This deposit will hold the requested date and limousine at this point, and the deposit is used as a damage deposit until after the date of service. The deposit will be returned to the party who issued the deposit unless a portion or all of the deposit is retained for damages or any violation of this contract. The deposit is not applied to the total due on the limousine service unless a credit card number is held by Your Own Limousine owners. If damage occurs or other charges are accrued you will be notified and a transaction on the credit card will be made to cover damages. To hold a bus and the date - a $150.00 deposit is required
A CREDIT CARD WILL BE ON FILE AND CHARGED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS, WE WILL TRY TO CONTACT YOU PRIOR TO CHARGING:
Smoking, vaping or drugs of any kind in the limousines.
Having more people in the limousine than stated prior to the service day.
Any items missing, misused or broken inside or outside the limousine.
If the Limo ride goes over the booked time, charged accordingly by the hour.
For extra clean up, such as something spilled (liquid, or solid) inside or on the outside of the limousine.
If the limousine travels on dirt or gravel roads you will be charged $2.00 per mile, to clean limousine. The limo driver reserves the right to decline if the road is unsafe or not driveable - due to heavy rains, ice, or snow.
Vomiting inside or on the outside of the limousine is a $250.00 clean up fee.
Body glitter and clothing glitter worn in the limo, we will charge $10.00 per hour to vacuum from seats and carpet. Possibly an extra $30.00 charge.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITY:
By signing our contract, you do accept total responsibility for yourself and the other passengers during the limousine ride and agree to compensate the Your Own Limousine for any additional time in full as well as any damages. If you are reserving the limousine for someone else, it is your responsibility to inform these people of the terms and conditions.
ALCOHOL:
Nebraska has an open container law. It is illegal to have alcohol inside the limousine. Should any person of legal drinking age bring alcohol into the limousine, be advised that each individual is liable for themselves in the event the limousine is stopped by law enforcement officials. If you have alcohol - no minors will be allowed in limousine unless you have a designated person along to chaperon, one on one. There are compartments inside the limousine you can use to keep drinks cold as well as you are allowed one small cooler. Any fines assessed to the Chauffeur are the responsibility of the lessee.
VOMITING:
Should anyone in your party vomit inside or on the outside of the limousine, the customer will be contacted and a charge of up to $250 will be collected for cleaning and fumigating purposes at Your Own Limousine's discretion.
TERMINATION OF THE LIMOUSINE RIDE:
The chauffeur may terminate the balance of the limo ride due to misbehavior that may cause damage to the limousine or passengers or any violation of this agreement. There is no refund due for terminated limo ride.
CAPACITIES:
We have rated the person capacities of our limousines based on average size person. If you have larger people in your party, you will need to compensate people for room. If you want to put more people in the limousine than the capacity, be prepared to lose your deposit. If you need more than one limousine to accommodate your party, please contact us to make those arrangements.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellation prior to one month of date reserved, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount due for rental. Less than one month prior to date reserved, there will be no refund of any payment made towards rental. Cancellation Fee is the deposit of either $75.00 for limo service or $150 for bus service. If problems arise please give us a call and possibly we can reschedule the ride. If you cancel the ride, you lose your deposit as Your Own Limousine could have booked the ride for someone else.
